Screening and vertical cladding

General details:
elefant® gratings are finding an increasing use as cladding or screening in parking houses, as theft protection outside windows and screening of garbage cans, bicycle parking facilities etc. The advantage is that the gratings serve as a solid safeguard against intruders whilst at the same time providing good passage of air and sunlight due to the large percentage of open area in the gratings. Types N & SP provide a large aperture. It is also possible to use ventilation gratings that give the impression of a closed front but still have up to 60% open area.

Mesh sizes:
The mesh size may be adapted

to the individual project, but the most common mesh sizes are between 25x25 mm and 100x100 mm. For closed front ventilation gratings, we recommend a mesh size of 20x60 mm.

Fitting methods:

The gratings are attached to the construction with welded-in blocks or holes in the edge iron.
