Ceiling grilles

General details:
Ceiling grilles are used to cover overhead pipework or are used above a construction to shield underlying installations.

Grating types:
Grating type N is the most usable type as these gratings provide the best cover to all sides. In isolated cases, types NP & SP may be used.

Mesh sizes:
The mesh size is adapted to the individual project.

Materials:
If a light construction is desired, and the gratings will not be used for pedestrian traffic, the gratings may be constructed in aluminium. The gratings may also be supplied in steel S253JRG2 (steel 37-2) or stainless material.

Surface treatment:
Aluminium gratings may be
anodised and come in natural colour or different RAL colours. Plain steel gratings may be hot-dip galvanised and/or powder coated.

Fitting methods:
The gratings are attached to the construction with welded-in blocks that may be used for various types of mounting, or holes can be drilled for wires in the edge iron. We do not recommend using retainer clamps, as these are very visible.
