ElefantRiste has chosen to stock a number of untreated type SP gratings without edge bar. These gratings are recommended for clients who desire a short delivery time and wish to perform the cutting and further processing of the gratings.

elefant® self coloured gratings are pressure welded type SP gratings with full height bearing bars in the bearing direction and filler and control bars of variable height at right angles to the bearing bars. Manufactured without edge bar.

Dimension:
elefant® self coloured gratings are available in the following standard sizes:

Width: 1000 & 1200 mm

Length: 1000, 1500 & 2000 mm

Mesh sizes:

The self coloured gratings may be delivered in the following mesh sizes: 9x30, 20x30 and 30x30 mm

If a different mesh size is required, the grating must be custom-made.

Bearing bars:
25x2 and 30x2 mm

Material:
Manufactured in steel S235JRG2 (steel 37-2) and stainless steel 1.4301.

Surface treatment:

Elefant® self coloured gratings are supplied in untreated form.
