Angle steel frames: Angle iron frames are used for supporting the gratings within a void flush with the ground. The frames may be supplied with ancho ties welded on for concreting as standard, but are also available with bolt holes. Dimension: Standard sizes from 261x511 to 1011x1511 mm Angle frame: 25x25x3 or 30x30x3 mm Material: The angle steel frames are supplied in steel S235JRG2 (steel 37-2) as standard but can also be manufactured in stainless 1.4301 & 1.4404 at request. Surface treatment: The standard surface treatment of the angle steel frames is hot-dip galvanising in accordance with DS/EN ISO 1461 1999 but they may be delivered with other surface treatments, e.g. pickled or electro-polished in stainless steel.
